Coronavirus Update
Having now been designated by the government as an essential retailer, we are pleased to advise that our doors remain open and that our supply lines continue to function.
As you would expect, we are taking all prudent safety precautions to ensure the welfare of our team and you, our valued customers.
All key ‘touch points’ in the shops are cleaned frequently and all staff members have hand cleanser at their disposal to maintain hygiene.
We are restricting the number of customers permitted in each shop to three individuals at a time to enable prescribed social distancing – your co-operation with these measures is much appreciated for the benefit of all. Please refer to posters when entering the shops.
We would also appreciate payment by card rather than cash wherever possible as we understand that the handling of bank notes is a potential transmission mechanism for the virus.
Finally, we are launching a free local delivery service, prioritised initially at least for those with the greatest need for the service. Please telephone us on 01494 763111 or email [email protected] to discuss if this might be helpful to you.
The welfare of your pets is important to us, and we will do our utmost to help safeguard their wellbeing at this most challenging of times.
THANK YOU
